Warranty

Emerald Alarms (EA) is committed to delivering high-quality products that are known for their reliability. That is why we offer up to a 10-year warranty on our entire range of smoke alarms, ensuring you have peace of mind both now and in the years to come.
 
EA guarantees our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of up to ten years from the date code stated on the unit product label (Warranty Period), subject to the terms and conditions set out in our warranty policy.  EA requires proof of purchase for warranty claims.  EA reserves the right to modify warranty provisions at our sole discretion without prior notification. Warranty coverage will be determined by the warranty provisions at the time of the purchase.
If EA determines, in its sole discretion, that the product has become defective during the Warranty Period and is not voided by breach of the conditions set out below, EA has the right to repair or replace the product free of charge.
